Domestic Orders:
Valid Days of Exchange:
Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days once the article has been delivered, provided that the customer has proof of purchase.
For customers who opt for an online exchange with a valid reason, courier charges for exchange pickup will not be applied.
Proof of Purchase:
This includes an online order confirmation email.
Conditions Qualified for Exchange:
- Articles must be unused.
- All tags must be intact.
- Packing must be in its original condition.
- Original invoice must be provided.
- A valid reason must be stated (e.g. defective item, wrong size, or incorrect article).
- Deliveries must be returned in their original packaging.
Note: Despite every effort to provide accurate product images, actual colors or designs may slightly vary due to screen settings or lighting. Such variation will not qualify as a valid reason for exchange.
Process of Online Exchange:
It usually takes 7–10 days to complete the online exchange process after verification.
- If customers are dissatisfied with the size, they will need to send the item back to our given address.
- If the item is defective or incorrect, it will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep.
Items Not Allowed for Exchange:
- Articles purchased on discount or during sales are not eligible for exchange.
- For sale orders, exchanges are only possible for valid reasons, and the process may take longer than usual.

International Orders:
Currently, Halal Closet does not offer an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order. This helps us resolve complaints promptly in case of incorrect or damaged items.
RETURN POLICY
Halal Closet does not offer a return policy. However, you may request an exchange for your article (refer to the above Exchange Policy).
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not provided in cash. Instead, a coupon of the same value will be issued, valid for Halal Closet Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or for future purchases. Please check your coupon details carefully.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Customers can cancel orders before processing.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your invoice and tracking ID. At that stage, the Exchange Policy will apply.
Halal Closet reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as:
Item is out of stock
Pricing errors
Payment declined by the issuing financial institution
