How do I choose the right size abaya?

To make sure you choose the right size abaya, measure your height with measuring tape, starting from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. 

Then, measure your bust by wrapping the tape around your chest to the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it's parallel to the ground. After that, measure the narrowest part of your waist and the fullest part of your hips. 

What is the difference between an abaya and a jilbab?

Abayas and jilbabs are both popular items worn by Muslim women, but they have distinct differences.

Abayas are typically worn over regular clothing and come in various styles, from open and closed abayas to special occasion abayas. They feature a loose-fitting design and extend to the floor.

In contrast, jilbabs are a one-piece item designed to be worn from the head to the bottom.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. International orders are confirmed on WhatsApp at +92 300 1512773 before dispatch. Customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer. We can't deliver to India or Bangladesh at the moment.

What are the shipping costs and what are the delivery times?

Delivery is 20 days from order to delivery. Shipping is PKR 800 in Karachi and PKR 2,000 to other cities in Pakistan. You'll get a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I exchange my abaya?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if it's unused with tags and original packaging and there's a valid reason such as wrong size or a defect. Sale items can only be exchanged for a valid reason. We offer exchanges only; there are no refunds, credit notes or coupons.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Pick your abaya, choose your size, and add it to your cart. Check out as a guest or with an account, then enter your address and choose a payment option. Payment is by online transfer only. You'll get a confirmation email after you order.

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT WHAT DO I DO?

Do not worry, providing we have not yet dispatched your order we can change the address for you.  Please contact customer service with your order number and the correct shipping address.

Are your abayas made to order?

Yes. Every abaya is made to order in your selected size and length. Delivery is 20 days from order to delivery.

How do I pay?

Payment is by online transfer only. We'll share the account details after you place your order.
